NORTH ASPEN

The owners of this building loved the old victorian nature of this home, complete with the undulating floors and old doorways that weren’t quite straight. We agreed with those sentiments. This house was built in the 1880’s as a boarding house. So we let the original structure carry itself through the remodel, original pine floors, working cast iron heaters, tin ceilings all were part of the conversation. The interior design was produced by Laura Jordan Architects, the Cabinetry by Dirty Hands Furniture, and Onsight did the rest. This remodel was completed in 2022. It included a full structural rebuild of the foundation of the guest house.
